Canned Yellow Peaches

1. Wash the yellow peaches, peel them, remove the pits, and cut them into small pieces, any size you like. It is recommended to use small pieces of rock sugar; this kind of yellow rock sugar is also fine. It is best to put the rock sugar underneath the yellow peaches so that it melts easily during steaming. No need to add water; juice will come out naturally. 2. After the water boils, put the peaches in the pot and steam for about 25 minutes; the pot should be covered. The time depends on the size of your pieces and the texture you like—it is not that fixed, so adjust it yourself. If you like them soft and mushy, it is best to choose fully ripe yellow peaches when selecting them. Like me, if you like crisp ones, buy ones that are a little less than fully ripe. 3. After steaming, let them cool naturally, then put them in jars, seal, and store in the refrigerator. You can also put them in bottles while hot and immediately cover with the lid. They taste best after being chilled! 4. Original flavor, with only peaches and sugar; of course it will be sweet. If you find it too sweet, add a little water to dilute it when eating
