Canned Yellow Peaches

1. Wash the yellow peaches, peel them, remove the pits, and cut them into small pieces, any size you like. It is recommended to use small pieces of rock sugar if possible; this kind of yellow rock sugar is also fine. It is best to put the rock sugar under the yellow peaches, so that the rock sugar melts easily when steamed. No need to add water; it will naturally release juice. 2. After the water boils, put the peaches into the pot and steam for about 25 minutes. The pot should be covered. The time depends on the size of your pieces and your preferred texture~ It is not that fixed; adjust it yourself. If you like them soft and mushy, it is best to choose fully ripe ones when selecting yellow peaches. Like me, I like crisp ones, so I bought ones that are still a bit short of fully ripe. 3. After steaming, let them cool naturally, then put them into jars, seal, and store in the refrigerator. You can also put them into bottles while hot and put the lids on immediately. They taste best after being chilled! 4. Original flavor, with only peaches and sugar, of course it will be sweet. If you find it sweet, just add some water to dilute it when eating.
